We currently require new team members that will focus on the vital processes of business development. The position requires good communication skills, a pleasant personality and a fearless attitude when approaching new prospects and developing sales opportunities. Cold calls to targeted companies comprise the primary responsibility of this position. There will be access to a world class database consisting of IT contacts. We have Salesforce.com CRM solution available for effective results. This position will pair you with an Account Manager to develop a territory plan. This plan will pick target accounts and develop a calling plan that will be supplemented with introductory emails. Customers will receive sales training to incorporate our sales methodology and messaging. Applicants who are familiar with Customer Centric Selling are preferred.
Compensation Total target compensation will be an excellent retainer plus commission with no cap on earnings potential. This position will be compensated based on the territory quota achievement.
